Yes. Every INNORAI home is fully furnished and equipped, including the kitchen, bed linen and towels, so you can move in or check in with just a suitcase.
Yes. Depending on the property, homes are available for nightly, weekly and monthly stays, or as long-term leases. Each property page shows which options apply.
The portfolio includes Casa Elida, a two-bedroom house in a gated beachfront resort at Playa del Sol – Villacana in Estepona on Spain's Costa del Sol, Appartement Churchill, a renovated one-bedroom flat in Uccle, Brussels, and Up-Site 27, a two-bedroom apartment on the 27th floor with panoramic views over Brussels, near Tour & Taxis. More homes are added as renovations are completed.
